Stop Building Dashboards. Start Building Adoption.
About the Session
Every organisation says it wants to be "data-driven." Most invest heavily in dashboards, platforms, and governance, yet still end up with low adoption, shadow spreadsheets, and decisions made on gut feel. The problem usually isn't the tooling. It's that data teams optimise for building, not for adoption.
In this talk, Sarah draws on her experience leading data enablement and adoption teams to make the case that data culture lives or dies on enablement, not engineering.
She'll share the philosophy that underpins her team's work; the idea that a dashboard is a starting point for a conversation, not the end product, and a practical framework that the audience can try for themselves to drive data adoption in their organisations.
