Ticket Types and Prices
At this early stage of registration, the following ticket types are available:

The in-person participation fee for the Workshop day and the first Conference Day on Tuesday includes lunch and coffee breaks, which will appear on the invoice as a separate item and any related taxes are the responsibility of the customer. Prices are per person and do not include 27% VAT.
If you are interested in a ticket type that is not currently available, please contact us at hello@budapestbi.hu. Should your preferred ticket type become available at a later date, we will get in touch with you.
Discounts
There are several types of discounts available for ticket purchases; however, they cannot be combined. For example, only one discount can be applied from either the time-based or group discount categories.
Time-Based Discounts
Currently our Standard tickets are available, while in November the more expensive Late Bird prices will apply.
Discounts for Individuals
We offer a discount on standard ticket prices for private individuals. For more details (e.g., coupon code), please contact us before purchasing your ticket!
Group Discounts
Continuous professional development is important for every team member. That's why we offer special discounts to companies purchasing tickets for multiple participants at once:
- Standard Group Discount: If at least 4 participants from the same company attend the conference, we offer a 20% discount on standard ticket prices for all of them.
- Large Group Discount: If at least 8 participants from the same company attend, please contact us for a custom offer!
In case of group registration, please contact us before purchasing tickets!
Modification and Other Terms
Ticket Modifications and Cancellations
Thanks to the hybrid format, we aim to offer flexible modification and cancellation options. If circumstances change or other reasons make it necessary, conference tickets can be modified or cancelled until October 1, 2026. Cancellations after this date are not possible; however, the ticket can be transferred to another participant within the same company. If you wish to modify or transfer your ticket, please notify us by emailing hello@budapestbi.hu!
