Description
Bookmarks are a very powerful feature in Power BI which allows for wide functionality, and sparkling creativity. Yet, most developers still don't use its full potential. While Bookmarks are celebrated by report design gurus for making nice-looking pop-up menus, they have more to offer.
During this session I will overview the most awesome use cases for bookmarks I've seen so far and will have a demo on how to create them: you'll see them solving complex filters, making layouts more user friendly and of course - popping up menus which are easy to maintain (I mean it).
However, the point of this session is not to give a step-by-step guide - by understanding the details on how bookmarks work you will be able to incorporate them into your reports more seamlessly and invent use cases by yourself!
