Accommodation
The in-person part of the conference on the 16th of November will take place in the heart of Budapest in Hotel Mercure & Ibis Budapest Castle Hill.
You can book rooms directly either in the Mercure branded 4-star wing or the Ibis branded 3-star wing.

Besides that, Budapest provides many other hotel accommodation options. In case you would rather find an apartment during the conference there are plenty of Airbnb accommodations, too.
Traveling
If you are close to Hungary you might approach Budapest by car, parking is available in the hotel garage.
