What will be the conference topics?
Our program offers a wide variety of talks about business intelligence, data analysis, data visualization and its international trends. The main topics are available here.
Who will be presenting at the conference?
Our speakers are professionals of national and international corporations with several years of experience in the field of business intelligence and data visualization.
What will be the language of the presentations?
On both days of the conference, we are planning to have Hungarian and English tracks so national and international participants also can find interesting talks. The main topics of the conference you can find here.
How many talks will be held at the same time?
On the personal day (Wednesday) after the plenary there will be four tracks. The online day on Thursday will feature three tracks.
When will the workshops be held?
On 15th November, 2022 (Tuesday) we are organizing a Tutorial day, which offers 90-minutes long mini workshops. More information about the tutorials are available here (only in Hungarian).
What will be the language of the tutorials?
All of the tutorials will be held in Hungarian.
Will be there an Open Night?
We are planning to have an Open Night and Data Career Forum. For more details click here (only in Hungarian).
Is it possible to put questions to the presenters?
Yes, we will dedicate enough time to questions at the end of each presentation.
Execution
What will be the venue of the conference?
The Tutorial day (15th November) and the first day of the conference (16th November) is held in-person, but if you prefer the online version you have the chance to follow the talks via background streaming on 16th November. Our venue is Hotel Mercure Budapest Castle Hill (Krisztina krt. 41-43, Budapest 1013).The second day (17th November) will be held online.
How to get to the venue?
The venue is easily accessible by public transport and car. For those arriving by car, parking is available in the surrounding streets, in the hotel’s underground car park, and on 16th November, in the car park in front of the hotel for a fee. More information about the location.
How can I participate?
You can attend both in-person and online. The Tutorial day and the first day of the conference is attended in-person, but if you prefer the online version you have a chance to follow the talks via background streaming. The second day of the event will be held online. More details about the hybrid format can be found here.
What kind of streaming services will be available?
Through background streaming on Wednesday (16th November), those who prefer an online format can follow the talks remotely, for which the projected material and the audio will be available. On Thursday, the online day (17th November), the full talk (speakers, projected material, audio) will be available.
Registration
How long will the First Minute prices be available?
First Minute prices are available until 31th August, which means a 30% discount compared to the standard prices. Only a limited number of these tickets are available. For tickets and discounts check our registration page.
How long will the Early Bird prices be available?
Early Bird prices are available until 30th September, which means a 20% discount compared to the standard prices.
Can I combine First Minute and Group discounts?
No, the different discounts (First Minute, Early Bird, Group) can not be combined.
When is the deadline for cancelling my tickets?
Conference tickets can be cancelled for a 100% refund until October 28, 2022. Hybrid and online tickets can be exchanged with each other until 28 October 2022. Fee adjustments will be applied accordingly.
Unfortunately, we will not be able to accept later cancellations, but the tickets are transferable within your organization. More information about cancellations can be found here.
Can I change my full online ticket to a hybrid ticket (or reverse)?
Yes, you can change between hybrid and full online forms until 28th October 2022. For the modification conditions, click here.
Where can I register for the conference?

Is it allowed for more than one person to participate with only one ticket?
No, one ticket entitles only one person to participate; the ticket can not be shared between multiple participants.
