Accommodation
The in-person part of the conference on the 16th of November will take place in the heart of Budapest in Hotel Mercure & Ibis Budapest Castle Hill.
You can book rooms directly either in the Mercure branded 4-star wing or the Ibis branded 3-star wing.

Traveling
If you are close to Hungary you might approach Budapest by car, parking is available in the hotel garage.
