Tickets and registration

Tickets can be purchased online by filling in and submitting the registration form. Payment can be made either by credit card during registration or bank transfer based on the proforma invoice sent after the registration.


The public online registration is no longer available. Please send us an email at office@budapestbi.hu for any registration-related questions or issues.


Conference dates

The Budapest BI Forum will take place on November 20-22, 2023 and will be held in the following format:

  • Pre-conference tutorial sessions will run in-person only on November 20 (Monday).
  • The first conference day (November 21, Tuesday) will be held in-person, but the talks also will be streamed for online viewing.
  • The second day of the conference (November 22, Wednesday) will run entirely online.

Two-day hybrid or online-only tickets are available for the conference. Attendance on the Tutorial day is optional and can be purchased separately or combined with conference tickets.

The prices of the Tutorial day and the first conference day include catering, which will appear on the invoice as a separate item and any related taxes are the responsibility of the customer. Prices are per person and do not include 27% VAT.


Group discount
If at least 4 people register from an organization then all participants will receive a 25% discount. Please contact us for the details.

Discount for private person
We provide discount for private persons. Please contact us for more details before registration.

Academic Partner discount
Students and faculty members of our Academy Partners can attend the conference with a highly discounted academic ticket. Please contact us for the details.

Only one discount may be used for a registration.


We recommend staying at the conference hotel, the Hotel Mercure & Ibis Buda Castle Hill. The hotel offers both a 4-star (under the Mercure brand) and a 3-star wing  (under the Ibis brand), so you can choose according to your preferences and budget.

Budapest also has a very active Airbnb community, offering a wide selection of accommodations for all tastes and budgets.

Changing your tickets

Modifying and cancelling tickets

We offer flexible modification and cancellation conditions. We provide the opportunity to exchange the purchased hybrid and online conference tickets with each other (fee adjustments will be applied accordingly) or even cancel them until October 29, 2023.

Unfortunately, we will not be able to accept later cancellations, but the tickets are transferable within your organization.

If you want to change or transfer your ticket, please notify us at regisztracio@budapestbi.hu!

Other conditions

As the organizers we are responsible for the health of our speakers, participants and colleagues. Therefore the format of the event is subject to change and can be converted to entirely online depending on the epidemiological situation. If this happens then registered participants can either cancel their in-person tickets and receive a full refund or change it to an online-only ticket.
