The conference is mainly designed for BI professionals, data analysts, developers, and decision-makers interested in Business Intelligence, Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, Tableau, and modern analytics technologies. Anyone interested in any of our conference tracks is welcome.

The Budapest BI Forum 2026 will be held on November 16-18, 2026. The in-person program takes place at the Danubius Hotel Helia in Budapest, while the final conference day is held online.

The conference features presentations in both English and Hungarian. The online conference day is held entirely in English, while the in-person program includes a majority of English-language sessions, ensuring international participants have multiple talks to choose from throughout the day.

You can register online by selecting the ticket type that best suits your needs. Early registration is recommended, as discounted ticket categories are available for a limited time. See our Registration page for more details.

Ticket inclusions depend on the ticket type you choose.

• All-Inclusive Ticket: Entry to the workshop day on November 16, the in-person conference day on November 17, and the online conference day on November 18.
• Hybrid Ticket: Entry to the in-person conference day on November 17 and the online conference day on November 18.

Both ticket types also include access to the conference recordings after the event. In-person attendance includes coffee breaks and lunch on the relevant conference day(s).

If you are unable to attend, ticket transfers are generally possible to another colleague within your company. Please contact the organisers before the conference so we can update the registration details.

Currently we do not offer online-only tickets. The third conference day is held online and is included with eligible ticket types. The workshop day and the main conference day are designed as in-person experiences.

Yes. Recordings of the conference sessions will be available to participants after the event, allowing you to revisit presentations or catch up on sessions you missed. Please note that workshops are not recorded. In addition, some conference sessions or presentation slides may not be available after the event due to company policies or speaker restrictions. Likewise, workshop presentation materials may only be shared in full where the speaker is able to do so.

After purchasing your ticket, your registration is confirmed, but your QR code ticket is sent closer to the conference. To ensure your badge displays your preferred and correct information, we will ask you to confirm or update your participant details through a participant registration form a few weeks before the event. Based on the information provided there, your personal QR code ticket will be sent to your registered email address during the week before the conference.

QR code tickets are sent during the week before the conference, after participant registration has been completed. If you have not received your ticket by the day before the event, please check your spam or junk folder first. If you still cannot find it, don't worry, our team will be happy to assist you at the registration desk. Simply provide your name and company name, and we'll help you complete the check-in process.

Participants may stay at the conference venue, Danubius Hotel Helia, or choose from a wide range of nearby hotels. Accommodation information and recommendations are available on our website.

The conference venue is easily accessible by public transport, car, and taxi from Budapest city centre and the airport. You can find detailed travel information on our Venue page.

Yes. Participants arriving by car may use the hotel’s enclosed but unguarded parking area on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to availability and for a fee of HUF 660/car/hour. Please note that wine and beer will be served during the cocktail reception on November 17, so it is worth leaving your car at home and arriving by public transport.

Yes. In-person participants receive coffee breaks and lunch during the conference days included in their ticket.

We aim to offer a selection of vegetarian, lactose-free, and gluten-free options during both the coffee breaks and lunch. If you have any other dietary requirements or food allergies, you'll be able to let the organizing team know during participant registration at a later stage. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to contact the organizing team and we'll do our best to accommodate your needs.

Absolutely. The conference offers coffee breaks, lunch, and a networking cocktail reception, providing plenty of opportunities to connect with speakers, sponsors, and fellow data professionals.

The online conference day takes place through our Slack workspace. Participants will receive an invitation to join Slack at the email address provided during participant registration. We recommend providing a personal email address, as invitations may not always reach company email addresses due to corporate security settings. Please accept the Slack invitation as soon as possible after receiving it to ensure a smooth onboarding process before the conference.
